GIMLET

• 1.5 oz Earl Grey Juniper Jones Gin

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• 1 oz Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients into a shaking tin. Shake ingredients until ice has diluted and then strain into a coupe/martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel
