NEGRONI

• 1.5 oz Juniper Jones Gin

• 1 oz Campari

• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 

Add all ingredients into yari/mixing glass. Add ice and stir to dilute and chill. Strain into Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice block, or serve up if you prefer. Garnish with a swath of orange peel, express oils. 

Make it a White Negroni by substituting Luxardo Bitter Bianco for Campari and Dolin Blanc or Cocchi Americano for the sweet vermouth.
