  • .75 oz.  Ella Jones Colorado Straight Bourbon

  • .75 oz. Aperol

  • .75 oz. Amaro Nonino

  • .75 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Add all ingredients into a tin and shake until ice is diluted (15-20 seconds). Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
