Strawberry gin sour - Spirit House recipe

Egg white sours are all the rage these days. This was a delicious springtime cocktail on our 2019 menu.

• 1.5 oz Juniper Jones

• .75 strawberry simple syrup

• .75 lemon juice

• .5 oz lemongrass liqueur

• .75 oz egg white

Combine all ingredients into shaking tin and shake as hard as you can 30 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Dash a a few hits of bitters into the foam and drag straw through to create art.
