Tiki Tattoo - Spirit House Recipe

Spirit house riff on a classic painkiller. Yum yum under the sun.

  • 2 oz Annika Jones

  • .75 oz coconut cream

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • .75 oz pineapple juice

  • .5 oz basil simple syrup

  • 2 dash of absinthe

Shake all ingredients together and strain into collins glass. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple frond and wedge.
