• 2 oz Ella Jones

• .75 oz lemon 

• 1 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz egg white

• .5 oz honey

Add ingredients to shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double fine strain in double old fashioned or coupe. Top with angostura bitters and swirl. Garnish with flower
